You are a limited edition 😌

Image
I bought this top from Sri Lanka two days before my flight to NZ few years ago, I dont remember the first time I saw it on the shelf at the showroom where I bought it but I do remember the feeling I had back then, It did say that you are a limited edition, to the person who lived inside my mind at the very moment she wanted to hear it the most.. Back then I was confused, broken and while everybody thought I had a bright future I could barely see it. I was changing countries and careers thinking I can make a difference in my life and everybody around me for the better, trying to find my own place in this world.  I was broken to the point where I would get angry at the wind for messing up with my hair and get angry with my hair for messing up with the wind. Very complicated. And then I slowly realize it was me and just me who was wasting my feelings on things that I dont have any control on and it was me who could look at the problems in a different view but didn't. Dear Dave, Clouds are designed to float.. isn't it?

Dear Dave, Clouds are designed  to float.. isn't it? When the cold breeze touches my ears I looked up to see the clouds White, fluffy, floating and made in heaven (As my Grandma says, the official transportation service of angels) But it was all kind a messed up cotton wool - light blue.. (A gentleman from Paihia said to me, it is metallic black though) All of a sudden it was white and beautiful,.. I said to my self, enjoy the breeze look for the beauty of clouds knowing that gloomy days going to be there too Breeze will change into a storm.. Just remember to be calm and enjoy both Since you know you will be here to see many more beautiful clouds.. Just let the storm pass by and don't try to stop the floating clouds They are made to float Float with them as long as you can.. I'm here floating with you and clouds.. 5.53pm on 23rd January 2020

Capsula Mundi - Life never stops

I would love to be someone's breathes, someone's shade and someone’s reason to live even after my death. Have you ever thought about the life beyond death? The Earth needs its people to be more intelligent towards its future and take the best possible decisions at all times in order to protect the environment for future generations. The whole world’s natural ecosystem depends on the land, the soil. That is from where the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe comes. Humans are responsible for polluting it in numerous ways that we will regret soon (FAO, 2018). All around the globe the land surface human use as cemeteries continues to grow with the increasing population and scientists could not find a better way to die without harming the environment. Critical condition is that there are thousands of environmental organizations to question and protest towards the harming hazards for the environment but when it comes burial of a dead body loaded wit...

When it comes to women, they have four basic needs, not three. Food, Shelter, Clothes and Sanitary napkins.

This is a tribute to the one and only Arunachalam Muruganantham, who address the so-called dark side of 82% of Indian women who do not have access for sanitary napkins/ menstrual hygiene (Matharu, 2017). As per India population clock, 48.4% are women from the living population at the moment. According to Sood (2018), only 18% of that has education on menstrual hygiene and sanitation. Across India, menstruation is still treated as mystery and is prohibited to speak about it in public. Due to the lack of knowledge and facilities for menstruation, 23 million girls being drop out of school at the age of 12-13 annually, which is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately (Dutta, 2018). Arunachalam’s wife Shanthi faced financial difficulties as other 70% of women in India who can not afford to buy a sanitary napkin (Sinha, 2011). As Mathuru (2017) explains in his article, Arunachalam saw his wife using unhealthy materials istead of sanitary napkins during he...

The End of Competitive Advantage

Rita Gunther McGrath is a globally recognized expert on strategy and Innovation. She is a world-renowned speaker, faculty member of “Colombia Business School, Executive Education” and a consultant for major corporations. Recently she came up with this amazing strategy which allows us to re-think about our point of view of organizational strategies. Simply what she says, being stable in a fast moving highly competitive market is the most dangerous thing and on the other hand, it means organizations have to be more sensitive to change management and pay more attention to it. (Kinni, 2014) As she explains, your competitor may come from a different industry. It always doesn't have to make the same or similar product as you are, but it may have same goals as you. So, to remain in the industry, in the competition “ compete in Arenas, not Industries”. Avoid the trap of being stuck in the sustainable competitive advantage. Move out, take risks, do experiments, learn from failure and ...
